Returns Policy

We may be a small business, though we take your satisfaction with us very seriously.

If you are unhappy with your item you are welcome to return it within 30 days of purchase, however the item must be returned with its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.

We generally do not refund purchases if more than 30 days have gone by since the original purchase date. We will need proof of purchase to initiate a return as well.

If your item was damaged during shipping please notify us immediately and include photos of the damage and damaged packaging (where applicable.) 

If a refund is issued, it may take up to 14 business days for it to reach your account or credit card. 

Return shipping costs must be paid by you, we can not currently reimburse return shipping costs. If you are returning an item please ensure it ships with tracking so we can make sure we receive it. 

If a replacement item is shipped to you it will likely take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. Please keep this in mind when purchasing our items.
